Digital Products and Services


Living Space Ventures offers digital products for purchase through this website. Unless stated otherwise, all digital products and services that you buy will come with a 30-day refund policy.

This means if you are unsatisfied with the product or service, you can inform us by email within 30-days and we will issue you a full refund.

Please note that it is your responsibility to review and evaluate the product or service within the 30-day guarantee period.




Where a product or service is sold on a subscription basis, you will be charge a recurring payment for continued access. The interval of the recurring payment can defer. For example, it could be weekly, monthly, or annually. The charge will commence in advance for the payment period.

If you decide to cancel your subscription within the 30-day guarantee period, your first payment will be refunded to you in full. If you cancel your subscription 30-days after the date of your first payment, the first payment will not be refunded but subsequent payments will be cancelled.

Payment Plans


Sometimes, a product or service is offered in a payment plan. This means the price is broken down into multiple payments over a period of time. For example, a RM1,000 product may be broken down into 2 payments of RM500 every month.

In such cases, your 30-day refund period starts from the date of the first payment not subsequent payments.

PayPal Payments


For products and services on a subscription or payment plan that are purchased using PayPal, we cannot cancel future payments on your behalf. You will need to do this via PayPal after informing us of the cancellation. Please refer to PayPal's website for instructions on cancelling recurring payments.
